How to increase internet speed in Windows 7 or Windows Xp
Hy Friends Today i will tell you how to increase your internet speed . By this trick you can increase 20% your internet speed.
This is very simple Lets follow These steps :
1. For Windows Xp users :
For Windows XP professional user , you can increase extra internet
connection speed 20%.
By default Windows XP holds 20% of your internet
speed for various service such as Windows Update and others.
If your internet speed is slow you can to tweak your internet speed By This trick . By
default, the Packet Scheduler of Windows XP Pro limits the system to 20
percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting
to override the default. That packet is QoS ( Quality of service) for
Windows XP. This packet may not be often used, so Why don’t we change
the setting and set it to 0% to tweak internet speed.
How to increase Internet Speed?

Click “Start” and then select “Run”

Type “gpedit.msc” for Open Group Policy window

In Computer Configuration (left column) click “Administrative Templates”

Then click “Network” and click “Qos Packet Schedule”

In the Right-column, click “Limit reservable bandwidth” for open properties
6. Click “Enable” and change “Bandwidth limit” from 20% to 0 %
7. Click "Apply" Then Press Ok
8. Then Restart computer and connect your internet and see the difference in Speed.
2. For Windows 7 Users :
First open Run by pressing
Windows+R on your keyboard. Then type
gpedit.msc and hit Enter.
When you press enter a box will open like this
Now select Administrative Templates and then select Network under Administrative Templates.
Next select and double click QoS Packet Scheduler on the right hand side.
Once you double click
QoS Packet Scheduler you will get a screen as show below. Select and double Click
Limit reservable bandwidth.
When you double click on double Click Limit reservable bandwidth. A dialog box will open now Select Enable and set the limit to 0%
Then press Apply and press ok . That' s It now Restart your Pc and Fell the difference in Speed.
