Increase IDM Download Speed using IDM Optimizer

This patch will edit some defult setting of IDM and make it faster.


Instruction :
1. Download attachment file.
2. Make sure IDM is installed.
3. Now run the IDM Optimizer Application and maximize it.
4. Now run as indicated and make sure to restart IDM so that it takes effect.
5. Now you can anytime come back to default settings by choosing revert to default.
